We Meet

We meet every Wednesday. New participants can start at any time.

Classes:

  • 5:45 - 7 p.m.: Intermediate Exercises in Room A115
    • More Intense
    • FREE
  • 6:55 - 8:00 p.m.: Beginner Exercises in Room A115
    • Structured Devotional & Beginner Fitness/Health Regimen
    • FREE
