You may know the command from Mark 16:15:

"...Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation."

Or maybe you know this part of The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19 - 20):

"...Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you..."

Both of those passages are telling us to GO. Go to the grocery store. Go to work. Go to East St. Louis, Kentucky, or Zambia. There are so many ways to get involved in God's mission for the world and not all of them mean packing up your bags, selling your stuff, and becoming a missionary. Check out some of the opportunities that we have for you below. You might be surprised at how God can use you.

Be a GOER.

Help us pray for the mission efforts and for the people carrying them out. You may not be physically able to go on a mission trip, but you'd love to support someone else who cannot afford the trip on their own. The thought of traveling across the globe and reaching the lost is incredibly exciting for you. You have the gift of organization and would like to help set up a mission effort. Let's welcome our international SIUE students with open arms! Invite them to church, take them out to lunch after, and let them see God's love in action.

So, where do you fit into God's plan? Pray and ask God where He'd like for you to be. He may stretch your comfort zone or inspire you to try something new, but don't fight it! You may want to print out this page and keep it in your Bible, on the fridge, wherever you will see it on a daily basis.

After you've prayed and considered the options, let us know what you find out! Complete the survey below.
