Names. You may have several. Your “government name,” what your mom calls you when you’re in trouble, your everyday name, and possibly a nickname or two. There might also be some names that you don’t like people calling you. What about God’s names? Do we just toss around “lord,” “father,” and “Jesus” casually? Or worse - with contempt? Yikes. But God’s names reveal His character to us. They describe His majesty. They declare His power!  
This DNOW weekend, we’ll discover how comforting, awe-inspiring, safe, powerful, magnificent, effective, holy, and transformative our God is. We’ll understand that our response to His name should be one of absolute worship because of Who He is and how He acts on our behalf.
