Awana is an international, Bible-centered preschool and children’s ministry for ages 2 - grade 6 that meets on Wednesday evenings from September - May.
Prayer and Praise Service
Join us for a devoted time of prayer and worship as we kick off our 40-day prayer emphasis. We will meet in the Chapel for a time of concentrated prayer for our church, our hearts, and the person who will become our new Senior Pastor.
fbmkids | New Christians Class
Has your child accepted Christ? Are they ready for the next steps in their faith journey? Then this one-time class is just for them. This class is for children (Grades K-6) and their parents. Topics of the class include ways to share the gospel with others, how to honor God through the Lord's Supper, and what baptism looks like at FBM. Children will receive a devotional workbook to help them grow in their spiritual walk with God.

Operation Christmas Child - Shoebox Collection
Collection Dates: October 4 - November 15
Since 1993, more than 100 million boys and girls in over 130 countries have experienced God’s love through the power of simple shoebox gifts from Operation Christmas Child through Samaritan's Purse. Samaritan’s Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Working with local churches and ministry partners to deliver the Operation Christmas Child gifts, Samaritan's Purse helps share the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ on a global level.
Thanksgiving Food Drive
As we move into the holiday season, fbmmissions will be providing families in need with baskets filled with traditional Thanksgiving food items like stuffing mix, gravy, and cranberries. It's time for Welcome Weekend. We are so excited for this event because it’s your official intro to fbmstudents!
We'll enjoy lunch together (with your parents from 12 - 1 p.m.) where you can find out all things fbmstudents, and then spend the afternoon playing lots of fun games, hearing from some older fbmstudents about what you can expect, plus how to get connected and build amazing relationships! We'll finish our day around 8 p.m. so everyone can be ready to worship together on August 16 during our 9:45 a.m. Small Group time.

Backpack Blowout 2026
On Saturday, August 1 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., we will be hosting our annual school supply distribution event, Backpack Blowout! Through Backpack Blowout, school supplies and dental care are provided to children and families in need at no cost.

Crossings Kids Camp is the perfect summer adventure for kids who have completed 2nd–6th grade! Through games, worship, hands-on activities, and meaningful small groups, kids will dive into the Storytellers theme—Know the Story. Live the Story. Share the Story. Your child will discover God’s big story, learn how it shapes their everyday life, and be encouraged to share it with confidence and joy. Don’t miss this fun, faith-building week—sign up today!

Backpack Blowout Volunteer Meeting
Through Backpack Blowout, we are able to distribute school supplies to hundreds of families. This would not be possible without our volunteers and sponsors! We need your help to distribute and pack the supplies. We are in need of volunteers to help pack backpacks, as well as to help hand out backpacks at the event.
