Welcome Team

As a part of the welcome team you are the first face that greets guests and regular attenders of our church. Our desire is that guests and members coming to our church see energetic, welcoming, smiling people when they arrive on campus.

At FBM, we believe the worship experience begins at the front door. As members of the Welcome Team, you each play a role in that experience for our guests and members.

Statistics show that guests make a decision on whether or not they will return to a church within the first 10 minutes of driving onto the campus. It is the role of the Welcome Team to instantly exceed each guest’s expectation.
