Moms is back!!! At Moms, you’ll find an encouraging atmosphere where we speak the truth in love, equip one another by studying God’s word, and create community so that we are able to more effectively raise up our families for Jesus Christ.

Moms is a group for mothers of all ages, with children from birth to teenagers. Moms meets the first Friday of every month from January to May. Moms begins on January 7, 2022. Additional dates include:

This semester we will read Parenting Scripts: When What You’re Saying Isn’t Working, Say Something New by Wendy Speake and Amber Lia! If you've ever felt stuck in your parenting or disciplining techniques, this will give you a fresh script and perspective on Christ-centered parenting. Discussions will include practical tips and verbiage from the book that you can tweak to fit your family dynamics.

But most importantly, at Moms, you’ll be pointed to Jesus who promises to provide rest and rejuvenation for our weary souls! Our hope is that you will come to more fully grasp your Savior’s love for you and come to know and love Him more deeply. Come join us as we become moms equipped in Christ!

Registration is $40. The fee includes membership packet, activity supplies, and children’s program supplies. The children’s program is generously provided by First Baptist Maryville Preschool Department (Discovery Town). Children may be dropped off starting at 8:45 a.m.
