Summer COED Fitness


August 4th - September 8th | Tuesdays, 6- 7 p.m.

$25 per person or $40 per couple | $5 drop-in per class


Join us for our 6-week session of Summer COED Fitness that is sure to give you a great workout no matter your fitness level!


Registering for a 6-week Summer COED Fitness membership provides you with access to 2 classes per week. One class is in-person and is on Tuesdays at 6pm. This class will also be recorded and available for those who register but are not quite ready to work out in a class setting at this time. The second class of the week will be pre-recorded and available for your viewing later in the week.


After the videos have been posted, an email will be sent out that gives instructions on how to access them.


Due to COVID-19, we ask that in-person participants enter through the main lobby and have their temperature taken before the start of class. Also, in-person registrations will be limited to a maximum of 25 to allow adequate space for distancing. Childcare is not offered at this time.


Please bring weights and a mat. However, if you do not have those items, we will have some available for you.
