Sin Fronteras

Our Mission

Sin Fronteras is one of our ministry partners with a heart for building relationships and creating community among Hispanic families in Fairmont City and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to meet both the spiritual and material needs of the families we serve, while sharing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. By providing essentials like diapers and wipes to mothers, we open doors for deeper connections, allowing us to walk alongside families as they grow in faith and navigate life's challenges.

What We Do

At the core of Sin Fronteras is the desire to share Christ’s love in practical and meaningful ways. Our team serves every Wednesday from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M., offering support through:

  • Material Assistance: Meeting urgent needs by distributing items such as diapers, wipes, and other essential supplies to mothers and families.

  • Bible Studies: Fostering spiritual growth through regular Bible studies. These gatherings provide a safe space for women to explore their identity in Christ, find healing from past hurts, and discover how God’s truth shapes their lives and choices.

Testimonies of God’s Work

One recent Bible study focused on the theme of identity, where Rachel, the leader, shared how many people often root their identity in their talents, yet true fulfillment only comes when we find our identity in Christ. During the discussion, the women reflected on their God-given gifts and how Christ calls them to use those gifts for His glory.

On that evening, a woman who had been absent for a while returned to the study. She shared about the struggles she was facing and how she felt inadequate in every area of her life. The other women surrounded her with love, encouragement, and reminded her of the truth of Christ's love. They spoke against the lies of the enemy, reassuring her of her value and worth in God’s eyes. The timing of her return was nothing short of miraculous, a clear testament to God’s perfect plan and care.
