Process
This phase focuses on prayerful discernment as the search committee and board engage with potential candidates for Lead Pastor through conversations, interviews, and evaluation. The congregation will continue to receive updates and opportunities to participate throughout the process.

Placement
Once the right candidate is identified, this phase will ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition.
