Our thoughts matter! We've got a LOT of them going on ALL THE TIME. If we are honest, our thoughts can get really negative and ugly at times. We can get SO stuck in our heads. When we are stuck, we snowball into panic, anxiety, and fear. We want to equip you to STOP the snowball. 

Our hope is for you to experience freedom in your thoughts so you can be FREE and FEARLESS. 

Over the day, we are going to unpack our beautiful brains. See how scripture and science go hand in hand when it comes to our thoughts. Open God's word together, and give you tools so you can have true freedom. Plus, there will be a whole lot of laughter and Fearless fun along the way.

Recovering Negative Thinkers: Christy Boulware and Sarah Good will be your Freedom Thoughts teachers. Plus,  special appearances by mental health professionals to help us understand how science and scripture collide.
