Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:15 a.m. | Bootcamp (COED)
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 p.m. | Move N' Groove & Light Strength Training (Women Only)
Thursday 5:30-6:30 p.m. | Total Body Burn (Women Only)
Registration for Bootcamp is a one-time registration and $50 fee that covers the entire 6-week session. To register for Bootcamp, follow the link below. If you would like to attend the class as a guest, drop-ins are $7 per class and may pay at the door.
Registration for Walk Live, Move N’ Groove, and Total Body Burn is on a week-by-week basis. Therefore, every week you should sign up for only the classes you will attend that specific week. Registration will remain open until the class meets. Each class is $5.

Limited childcare is available for evening classes. Please be sure to register in advance if you are in need of childcare. You will be contacted if we are not able to accommodate your childcare request.
