This weekend we wrap up our summer series, Meals With The Master. I hope you have been encouraged throughout this series. We end the series with an encounter Jesus had with two hopeless disciples. However, after dinner, they became disciples filled with hope and their lives were changed forever. Do you like picnics? Yes, they sometimes come with ants and bugs, but picnics can really be fun. Especially, when you have the right company. Have you ever missed the point? I mean you thought you were doing everything right, only to find out that you had things out of balance and you missed seeing the big picture? This weekend in our Meals with the Master series we will learn from a heavy conversation Jesus had with some people who were really missing the point. He will paint some pictures for us that will be easy to understand and maybe difficult to hear. But we will be better for it, if we receive His message to us. I love to eat. I assume you enjoy it as well. Meals are a part of life and they can be even more enjoyable and nourishing when they are enjoyed with someone you love. But what if you had the chance to have a meal with Jesus - the One who knows you best and loves you most? We are beginning a new series called, Meals With The Master.
